With her beginning at The Oberoi Hotels, Rhea trained in each aspect of the hotel while specializing in the food & beverage department. Post this experience, she moved on to work with leading Hotel chains in the country such as handling MICE at ITC Hotels, and handling pan-India marketing of Neemrana Hotels.
In 2014, Rhea founded Osteria, a New Delhi based Marketing and Branding agency, at which she was responsible for creating a strategy for cli- ents to enable growth, business development, client servicing, recruitment and overseeing all operations. Worked across industries such as Real Estate, Hospitality, F&B, SaaS & FMCG.
Formerly with the ITC Hotels Division, Karan has headed divisional operations in many high profile social and corporate gatherings, including handling of key accounts such as the Indian Premier League, General Electric, and the Residence of the Prime Minister at the organization. After attaining success in his first entrepreneurial venture, The Factory, one of the leading event management service providers in 2011, he has slowly expanded the footprint in the hospitality line by getting into the restaurant space by taking over the famous Khaana Nirvana in Dharamshala.
